Amish Guest House

Once again our girls getaway was a huge success in large part to our accommodations at the guest house! Clean, cozy, roomy and has all the things we need to have a relaxing and good time each year! Of course, we already know we are going back next year! Thank you!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Amish Guest House. First, it is close and within walking distance to the village. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It has everything you can possibly need. It’s beautifully decorated, comfy beds, plenty of blankets and pillows, large televisions in every room, and a large comfy sectional. You are provided with coffee, teas, spices, water, drinks, pots/pans etc., As a Christian, I loved and appreciated all the biblical quotes, books and bibles as a daily reminder of what’s really important. Although we didn’t use it, they provide a fire pit with wood, a barbecue, child swing set and hot tub. My favorite part was the covered front porch. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the buggies go by. We would certainly like to make this an annual trip. My only complaint is an unwarranted complaint we had with the cleaning lady over our pet’s hair (for which we advised in advanced, paid the pet fee and took extra precautions to minimize). But it was resolved quickly and amicably to our satisfaction with our host, Daniel.
